Morning sistas ! Hope you all had a crackin' weekend! The sun is shining up here this morning and it almost looks like a June day should...so, in celebration of that (I hope it's sunny where you are!) let's swing some bells !!
Bit of a timed theme this morning....grab a notepad or your phone to keep track of scores. You are going to work for a minute and rest for a minute and record the number of reps you do in that minute.
Make sure you warm up fully and then go for it !
1. 2 handed KB swings
2. cleans (r)
3. cleans (l)
4. Burpees! (No KB involved, just thought I'd throw them in for fun!)
5.single arms swings (r)
6. single arm swings (l)
7. KB squats
8.KB renegade rows or bodyweight rows if you have one bell
9. KB chest press
10. KB deadlift
That's it! Get cracking with that and post your scores!

ReplyDeleteI just got a new 12kg KB for my birthday and this is my first KB WOD! Here are my reps for each exercise per minute (hope I got the right idea!).
1. 2 handed swings - 33
2. Cleans (r) - 21
3. Cleans (l) - 23
4. Burpees - 20 (phew!)
5. 1-handed swings (r) - 30
6. 1-handed swings (l) - 28
7. Squats - 30
8. Only one bell and no table strong enough to do bodyweight rows so I did 10 pulls ups instead!
9. Chest press - 30
10. Deadlift - 27
