Hi gals! You're stuck with me for a couple weeks while Charles is off sunning herself on a well earned BREAK with her fam!
So here goes for today!
5 rounds of
10 jump squats
20 swings
10 push ups
20 swings
10 jump lunges (a left and a right is ONE)
20 swings
Rest 1-2 mins and repeat!
Go do it !!!
