WOD for 24th May 2012

Goooooood Morrrrning :D  WOD is now up for 24.12.05. You will need to do 4 rounds of the following exercises and then post us your time ~ Simples :o)

TRIPLE CRUSH 

TACTICAL LUNGE 

TURKISH GET-UP SIT-UP

Kb Swing -> 3 x push-ups --->  Just swing the Kettlebell 3 x, then jump down into press-up position, and do 3 x press-ups :o)
