Grab a bell, start that timer and off you go...... (PLEASE don't sacrifice good technique for time!!)
You will do 50 reps of the following, straight through, rest when you need but the clock stil tickkkkkks.....
- 2 handed swings
- Reverse lunge with OHP
- Cleans (swapping hands when you need! )
- Coffin sit ups
- alternate hand swings
- KB thrusters
- Snatches changing hand when needed
- Right hand swings
- Left hand swings
- KB deadlifts
